What is a Structural Report?
A structural report details the structural condition and outlines any concerns that need to be addressed. Whether you are concerned about the stability or degradation of your home, would like to remove a wall or build an extension, BSF Consulting Engineers can provide expert advice and cost-effective solutions based on a thorough inspection.
Our specialist engineer's initial inspection will clearly inform our comprehensive report. It will identify probable causes of structural defects or movement and the costs associated with repairs or alterations. Whilst the inspection does not involve any invasive procedures, in some circumstances we may require some opening up works to be carried out to identify areas of greater concern that are not initially apparent to the human eye. Regardless, we ensure all possibilities and eventualities are explored and communicated at the start of a project.
