Underpinning & Remedial Works To Existing Farmhouse

The farmhouse began to show signs of cracking 2022, but got progressively worse.

We subsequently were instructed to conduct a Structural Appraisal which suggested rotational movement of the right hand flank wall which has caused the distress evident in the photograph, and to the internal division walls between front and rear reception rooms and first floor bedroom.

Further investigations were carried out and a remedial scheme was prepared, to include underpinning. The project will be completed this year, after extensive works to make the house safe for tenants to live.
