Elaine began her career at BSF Consulting Engineers over 25 years ago. Whether managing the accounts, organising databases and streamlining systems, or taking calls from clients, her role is the backbone of the business. 

Over the years, Elaine has developed the skill of foresight, thinking critically, and offering solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. With this, Elaine is always coming up with new business strategies to accelerate growth and move the business into new sectors.

Elaine helps to ensure projects are run in a timely and professional manner. She loves calendars and spreadsheets - anything to support the team in staying organised.
